Privacy Policy
At Audoit, accessible from this website, preserving user privacy is fundamental to how we build software. This Privacy Policy details our operational data practices, our 100% client-side execution model, and third-party advertising disclosures.
Audoit processes your audio files strictly inside your browser's local memory. We do not transmit, upload, duplicate, or store your voice recordings on our servers or any cloud database.
1. Audio Data Handling
When you drag, drop, or select an audio file to enhance on Audoit:
- The file is read into your browser's memory using standard JavaScript and Web Audio APIs.
- Real-time background noise filtering and voice enhancement algorithms run locally on your device.
- When you finish editing, exported files are generated directly in browser memory and downloaded to your disk.
- Closing or reloading the web page instantly purges the audio from memory. No audio copies remain.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal recordings, voice biometric data, or transcripts.
- We do not require user accounts, email registration, passwords, or personal telephone numbers to use the core audio enhancer.
- We do not store your original file names or metadata on external servers.
3. Local Storage & Cookies
Audoit may use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to save non-identifiable user interface preferences, such as:
- Interface theme settings (light/dark mode)
- Default volume and audio playback rates
- Interactive UI click/tap sound preferences
You can clear this data at any time through your browser's "Clear Browsing Data" settings.
4. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense
To keep Audoit free for users worldwide, we may partner with third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense, to display non-intrusive advertisements on the site.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites across the web.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Audoit and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
5. Log Files & Server Security
Like virtually all web hosts and content delivery networks (CDNs), our hosting provider may collect standard server logs. These logs include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is utilized strictly to analyze technical reliability, administer the site, and prevent automated security attacks (DDoS).
6. Children's Information
Protecting children's privacy on the internet is especially important to us. Audoit does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that Audoit inadvertently has personal information of a child in our logs, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly remove such records.
