Audoit, its underlying Web Audio algorithms, neural filter networks, and export mechanisms are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The audio output will be completely artifact-free, free of acoustic coloration, or suited for specific broadcast mastering standards.
• The website will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every legacy browser engine.
• Audio exports will not exceed system memory limits on resource-constrained devices.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Syed Mohd. Tabish, nor any contributors or operators of Audoit, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website.
